Oregon Statutes - Chapter 280 - Financing of Local Public Projects and Improvements; City and County Economic Development - Section 280.455 - Administrative expenses.

The administrative expenses of the city with respect to bonds issued under ORS 280.410 to 280.485 shall be charged against bond proceeds or project revenues. [1977 c.772 §10]
