Oregon Statutes - Chapter 283 - Interagency Services - Section 283.425 - Costs of litigation.

The costs of asbestos property damage recovery litigation incurred by the Department of Justice shall be charged to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services pursuant to ORS 180.160 and 180.170. [1989 c.1037 §6]
