Oregon Statutes - Chapter 291 - State Financial Administration - Section 291.003 - Federal laws and rules govern when federal granted funds involved.

In all cases where federal granted funds are involved, the federal laws, rules and regulations applicable thereto shall govern notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in ORS 291.001 to 291.034, 291.201 to 291.222, 291.232 to 291.260, 291.261, 291.307 and 291.990.
