Oregon Statutes - Chapter 292 - Salaries and Expenses of State Officers and Employees - Section 292.032 - Filing paid checks; unpresented checks.

Checks issued under ORS 292.026, after having been paid, shall be filed with the chief administrative officer of the state agency. Unpresented checks shall be treated as are unpresented checks under ORS 293.450 to 293.460. [1955 c.495 §8]
