Oregon Statutes - Chapter 292 - Salaries and Expenses of State Officers and Employees - Section 292.100 - Refunds from account.

The Oregon Department of Administrative Services may make refunds from the Employes’ Bond Savings Account, of the uninvested amounts therein, of employees’ salary deductions. [Amended by 1981 c.567 §6]
