Oregon Statutes - Chapter 293 - Administration of Public Funds - Section 293.140 - Disposition of interest on state funds.

Except as otherwise provided by law, all interest received on deposits of state funds shall accrue to and become a part of the General Fund. [Formerly 291.366; 1981 c.194 §1]
