Oregon Statutes - Chapter 293 - Administration of Public Funds - Section 293.235 - “State agency” defined for ORS 293.240 and 293.245.

As used in ORS 293.240 and 293.245, “state agency” means any state officer, board, commission, corporation, institution, department or other state organization having power to collect state funds. [1965 c.448 §1]
