Oregon Statutes - Chapter 30 - Actions and Suits in Particular Cases - Section 30.697 - Effect on workers’ compensation benefits.

Nothing in ORS 30.687 to 30.695 shall affect the right of any person to any workers’ compensation benefits that may be payable by reason of death, injury or other loss. [1991 c.864 §6]
