Oregon Statutes - Chapter 311 - Collection of Property Taxes - Section 311.506 - Review of rate of interest by Legislative Assembly.

During each biennial regular session, the Legislative Assembly shall review the rate of interest, as specified under ORS 311.505 (2) that is charged and collected on property taxes that are due and unpaid. [1989 c.796 §10a; 2001 c.114 §29]
