Oregon Statutes - Chapter 314 - Taxes Imposed Upon or Measured by Net Income - Section 314.015 - Soccer referees considered independent contractors.

Notwithstanding ORS 314.013, for purposes of ORS chapter 316, a person serving as a referee or assistant referee in a youth or adult recreational soccer match shall be considered to be an independent contractor. [2005 c.94 §73]

Note: 314.013 was repealed by section 5, chapter 533, Oregon Laws 2005. The text of 314.015 was not amended by enactment of the Legislative Assembly to reflect the repeal. Editorial adjustment of 314.015 for the repeal of 314.013 has not been made.
