Oregon Statutes - Chapter 326 - State Administration of Education - Section 326.323 - Superintendent’s signature on public contracts.

The Superintendent of Public Instruction may use a facsimile signature on public contracts for personal services if the value of the contract is $3,000 or less. [2001 c.37 §1]
