Oregon Statutes - Chapter 327 - State Financing of Elementary and Secondary Education - Section 327.360 - Small School District Supplement Fund.

(1) There is established the Small School District Supplement Fund, separate and distinct from the General Fund.

(2) The moneys in the Small School District Supplement Fund are appropriated continuously to the Department of Education for purposes of the grant program created by ORS 327.357. [2005 c.803 §3]

Note: 327.360 is repealed June 30, 2012. See sections 18 and 19, chapter 846, Oregon Laws 2007.
