Oregon Statutes - Chapter 327 - State Financing of Elementary and Secondary Education - Section 327.484 - Reimbursement for loss or failure to earn four percent interest.

Moneys may be withdrawn periodically from the General Fund by order of the Department of State Lands to be credited to the Common School Fund to reimburse the Common School Fund for any loss which may result from the failure of any student to repay the amounts loaned to the student under ORS 348.050 and annually on July 1 to pay to the Common School Fund any amount resulting from the failure of the total student loans to earn at least four percent interest in the preceding fiscal year.
