The School Lunch Revolving Account, separate and distinct from the General Fund, is continuously appropriated for the purposes of ORS 327.520. All money received under the provisions of ORS 327.520 shall be paid by the Department of Education to the State Treasurer for credit to the School Lunch Revolving Account.
