Oregon Statutes - Chapter 328 - Local Financing of Education - Section 328.230 - Issue of bonds upon favorable vote.

If the electors of the district approve the contracting of bonded indebtedness, the bonds shall be issued as prescribed in ORS chapter 287A. [Amended by 1965 c.100 §53; 1971 c.140 §1; 1983 c.350 §139; 2007 c.783 §128]
