Oregon Statutes - Chapter 328 - Local Financing of Education - Section 328.356 - State Treasurer subject to provisions regarding issuance of general obligation bonds.

If the State Treasurer issues state bonds, the treasurer shall be subject to the provisions of ORS 291.445 as an agency that is authorized to issue general obligation bonds that are ordinarily to be repaid from General Fund appropriations. [1997 c.614 §9; 1999 c.251 §8]
