Oregon Statutes - Chapter 335 - High Schools - Section 335.105 - Report on high school graduates by race and ethnic characteristics.

Any school district operating a high school shall report annually to the Department of Education the race and ethnic characteristics of each school’s graduates under rules adopted by the State Board of Education. [1991 c.440 §1]
