Oregon Statutes - Chapter 342 - Teachers and Other School Personnel - Section 342.227 - Issuance of temporary license or certificate pending result of check.

The Teacher Standards and Practices Commission may issue to an individual a temporary license or certificate as a teacher, administrator, personnel specialist or school nurse pending the return of the criminal records check by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. [1993 c.674 §6]
