(1) A school district shall award to children with disabilities a document certifying successful completion of program requirements. A school district may not issue a document to a child with a disability educated in full or in part in a special education program that indicates the document is issued by such a program.
(2) A school district shall give to a child with disability who has an individualized education program an individualized summary of performance when the child completes high school. [1975 c.621 §3; 1993 c.45 §221; 2007 c.660 §8]
