Oregon Statutes - Chapter 345 - Private Schools - Section 345.997 - Civil penalty credited to General Fund.

All penalties recovered under ORS 345.992 shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the General Fund. [1975 c.478 §25; 1989 c.706 §11; 1991 c.734 §18]
