Oregon Statutes - Chapter 346 - Programs for Persons Who Are Blind or Deaf - Section 346.140 - Administrator and other employees.

The Commission for the Blind shall employ an administrator and such other persons as may be necessary and fix their compensation, except as such compensation otherwise may be regulated by law. [Amended by 1973 c.713 §2]
