Oregon Statutes - Chapter 348 - Student Aid; Education Stability Fund; Planning - Section 348.394 - Definitions for ORS 348.394 to 348.406.

As used in ORS 348.394 to 348.406:

(1) “Eligible post-secondary institution” means:

(a) A state institution under the direction of the State Board of Higher Education listed in ORS 352.002;

(b) A community college as defined in ORS 341.005; or

(c) A generally accredited, not-for-profit institution of higher education.

(2) “Participant” means a student who receives a grant under ORS 348.401. [2007 c.839 §21]
