The State of Oregon has no proprietary interest in the contributions or earnings of the Oregon 529 College Savings Network. Except as otherwise provided by law, the Oregon 529 College Savings Board is the trustee of the contributions and earnings. [2001 c.12 §4; 2003 c.280 §14]
