Oregon Statutes - Chapter 351 - Higher Education Generally - Section 351.810 - Authority to take action to achieve ends of compact.

The State Board of Higher Education, the Oregon Health and Science University and the Oregon members of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education are authorized to take any action necessary to achieving the ends of the Western Regional Higher Education Compact.
