Oregon Statutes - Chapter 352 - State and Independent Institutions of Higher Education - Section 352.570 - Loans of Oregon State University Fund.

All moneys belonging to the Oregon State University Fund shall be loaned by the Department of State Lands in accordance with ORS 327.425 to 327.455, governing loans from the Common School Fund. [Amended by 1969 c.594 §50]
