Oregon Statutes - Chapter 352 - State and Independent Institutions of Higher Education - Section 352.667 - Public purpose to encourage and increase opportunities in independent higher education.

Based on the legislative findings described in ORS 352.665, the Legislative Assembly declares that it is an important public interest to encourage and increase opportunities in independent higher education for the people of Oregon. [1993 c.325 §2]
