Oregon Statutes - Chapter 357 - Libraries; Archives; Poet Laureate - Section 357.050 - Duties of State Librarian as secretary and administrator.

The State Librarian shall:

(1) Serve as Secretary to the Trustees of the State Library and keep the official record of their actions.

(2) Be the chief administrative officer of the State Library in accordance with policies established by the trustees and the laws of this state. [Amended by 1961 c.251 §3; 1975 c.476 §12]
