Oregon Statutes - Chapter 374 - Control of Access to Public Highways - Section 374.990 - Penalty for violation of ORS 374.305 or of regulation adopted under ORS 374.310.

In addition to the liability for expenses under ORS 374.307 and 374.320, violation of ORS 374.305 or of any rule or regulation adopted under ORS 374.310 is a misdemeanor. [1955 c.424 §6]
