Oregon Statutes - Chapter 376 - Ways of Necessity; Special Ways; Pedestrian Malls - Section 376.375 - Contract liability of forest road contractor.

The liability of any forest road contractor for failure to improve or maintain the contract forest road or any bridge or culvert thereon in accordance with the contract is limited to the contracting county.
