Oregon Statutes - Chapter 382 - Intrastate Bridges - Section 382.410 - Custody and disbursement of bond proceeds.

The proceeds of all the bonds sold under ORS 382.335 to 382.425 shall be paid into the county treasury and shall go into a special bridge fund. Such proceeds shall be disbursed for the purposes for which the bonds are issued.
