Oregon Statutes - Chapter 398 - Military Justice - Section 398.106 - Jurisdiction of general courts-martial.

Subject to ORS 398.104, general courts-martial have jurisdiction to try persons subject to this chapter for any offense made punishable by this chapter and may, under such limitations as the Governor or the Adjutant General may prescribe, impose any of the following punishments:

(1) A fine of not more than $500 for each offense or forfeiture of up to two-thirds of one month’s active duty base pay and allowances for up to three months, whichever is greater;

(2) Forfeiture of pay and allowances during any period of confinement;

(3) Dishonorable discharge, bad-conduct discharge or dismissal;

(4) Reprimand;

(5) Reduction of an enlisted member to the lowest or any intermediate enlisted grade;

(6) Confinement for not more than 365 days for each offense; or
