Oregon Statutes - Chapter 398 - Military Justice - Section 398.126 - Convening general courts-martial.

In the organized militia not in federal service, general courts-martial may be convened by the Governor or by the Adjutant General. [1961 c.454 §101; 2005 c.512 §19]
