Oregon Statutes - Chapter 398 - Military Justice - Section 398.375 - Sentinel or lookout drunk or sleeping on post; leaving before relief.

Any sentinel or lookout who is found drunk or sleeping upon post, or who leaves it before being regularly relieved, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. [1985 c.682 §4]
