Oregon Statutes - Chapter 401 - Emergency Services and Communications - Section 401.375 - “Emergency service” defined; service not in violation of child labor laws.

Emergency service shall not be deemed employment in violation of any laws of this state relating to labor by minors. “Emergency service” includes all activities authorized and carried on pursuant to ORS 401.015 to 401.107, 401.257 to 401.325 and 401.355 to 401.584, including such training as is necessary and proper to engage in such activities.
