Oregon Statutes - Chapter 401 - Emergency Services and Communications - Section 401.864 - Contributions to finance tsunami warning system.

The Office of Emergency Management or the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries may seek and accept gifts, grants and donations from any source to finance all or part of the duties assigned under ORS 401.861 and 401.863. [2005 c.819 §4]
