Oregon Statutes - Chapter 409 - Department of Human Services - Section 409.276 - Standards for sexual assault crisis centers.

The Director of Human Services shall establish minimum standards for sexual assault crisis centers receiving grants or other financial assistance under ORS 409.273. [1999 c.943 §4]
