Oregon Statutes - Chapter 410 - Senior and Disability Services - Section 410.890 - Civil penalty.

Violation of ORS 410.520 shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $5,000, imposed in the manner provided in ORS 441.705 to 441.745. [1989 c.912 §9; 1991 c.67 §105]
