Oregon Statutes - Chapter 411 - Adult and Family Services; Public Assistance - Section 411.118 - Report to Legislative Assembly.

The Department of Human Services shall report to each session of the Legislative Assembly on the status and efficacy of:

(1) The domestic violence identification process under ORS 411.117;

(2) Emergency assistance utilization for victims of domestic violence; and

(3) Domestic violence training for department staff, information sharing and evaluation. [1997 c.330 §3]
