Oregon Statutes - Chapter 411 - Adult and Family Services; Public Assistance - Section 411.835 - Residence requirement.

Individuals and households are not eligible to receive food stamp benefits under a food stamp plan unless they reside in a county in which such plan is in effect. [1963 c.599 §9; 1997 c.581 §14]
