Oregon Statutes - Chapter 411 - Adult and Family Services; Public Assistance - Section 411.972 - Receipts for documents supplied by applicants and recipients.

The Department of Human Services shall provide written receipts to applicants and recipients for all documents delivered to a local office by the applicant or recipient upon the request of the applicant or recipient. [1987 c.3 §5; 2001 c.900 §248]
