Oregon Statutes - Chapter 412 - Temporary Assistance for Needy Families - Section 412.064 - Authority to determine eligibility.

The Department of Human Services shall decide whether the child is eligible for aid under ORS 412.001 to 412.069 and 418.647 and determine the date on which the aid granted shall begin. [Formerly 418.120]
