Oregon Statutes - Chapter 412 - Temporary Assistance for Needy Families - Section 412.139 - Duties of department relating to federal law.

The Department of Human Services shall have the responsibility and authority to provide such services as are necessary to maintain the intent of and compliance with federal requirements for the program described in ORS 412.124. [Formerly 418.160]
