Oregon Statutes - Chapter 414 - Medical Assistance - Section 414.032 - Medical assistance to categorically needy and medically needy.

Within the limits of funds available therefor, medical assistance shall be made available to persons who are categorically needy or medically needy. [1967 c.502 §4; 1985 c.747 §10]
