Oregon Statutes - Chapter 414 - Medical Assistance - Section 414.510 - Definitions.

(1) “Eligible individual” means a resident of the State of Oregon over the age of 20 years.

(2) “Hemophilia services” means a program for medical care, including the cost of blood transfusions and the use of blood derivatives. [1975 c.513 §2]
