Oregon Statutes - Chapter 416 - Recovery of Aid and Support - Section 416.486 - Youth authority may enter into agreements for support enforcement services.

The Director of the Oregon Youth Authority may apply to the Department of Justice for support enforcement services available under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act with respect to any youth offender or other offender in the legal or physical custody of the Oregon Youth Authority.
