Oregon Statutes - Chapter 417 - Interstate Compacts on Juveniles and Children; Children and Family Services - Section 417.010 - “Juvenile” defined for ORS 417.010 to 417.080.

As used in ORS 417.010 to 417.080, “juvenile” includes any person who is within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court. [1959 c.434 §8]
