Oregon Statutes - Chapter 417 - Interstate Compacts on Juveniles and Children; Children and Family Services - Section 417.707 - Duty of state agencies providing services for children and families.

The purpose of ORS 417.705 to 417.801 and 419A.170, as described in ORS 417.708 to 417.725, shall be implemented by all state agencies providing services for children and families to guide the providing of those services. [Formerly 417.755]
