Oregon Statutes - Chapter 418 - Child Welfare Services - Section 418.793 - Report to Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Intervention Program; rules.

Once each year, a regional assessment center or community assessment center established under ORS 418.746 to 418.796 shall submit a report to the Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Intervention Program describing how the assessment center has met the purposes of ORS 418.746 to 418.796. The program may prescribe by rule a form for the report. [2001 c.624 §12; 2005 c.562 §15]
