Oregon Statutes - Chapter 419C - Juvenile Code: Delinquency - Section 419C.420 - Adjudication without hearing.

If a youth is cited or summoned for a violation under ORS 471.430, 475.860 (3) or 475.864 (3) and fails to appear, the court may adjudicate the citation or petition and enter a disposition without a hearing. [2001 c.904 §14; 2005 c.708 §54]
