Oregon Statutes - Chapter 421 - Department of Corrections Institutions; Compacts - Section 421.160 - Written report concerning conduct of dangerous offenders.

The executive officer of the Department of Corrections institution in which a person sentenced under ORS 161.725 and 161.735 is confined, shall make the reports required by ORS 144.228 (2).
